Siv Thorstvedt 

Siv Thorstvedt er utdannet fysioterapeut fra Høgskolen i Oslo i 1996. Etter 2 år i privat praksis startet hun med treningsveiledning. På begynnelsen av 2000 fikk hun kjennskap til Pilates, og utdannet seg så i denne treningsmetoden. Fra 2002 har hun drevet sitt eget Pilatesstudio, først i Stavanger og siden i 2012 i Bærum. 

Siv tilbyr privattimer og duett-timer både på Pilatesapparater og på matte, og tilrettelegger treningen til klientens behov og fysiske utgangspunkt.

Elisabeth Gangnes

Elisabeth Gangnes is a Pilates and Yoga instructor from Los Angeles with a contemporary dance background.  She is certified to teach Pilates through Club Pilates in Los Angeles and has continuing Pilates education through Stott.  She earned her Yoga certification through Atmananda Studios in New York and enjoys teaching dynamic Vinyasa flow and alignment focused Hatha.  In her classes she emphasizes deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body.  Elisabeth is also a musician and a composer.

Pilates Mat Level 1 Thursdays 18:00-19:00

This class is suitable for everyone whether you have practiced Pilates before, or other similar training. We will do fun and challenging exercises that strengthen and stretch the entire body.

Yoga Rolig Flyt Thursdays 19:15-20:15

Slow Yoga Flow class with focus on stretching and a long relaxation at the end of class.
We will work with standing, seated and reclined poses to develop strength and flexibility in the shoulders, back, and hips.
